Topel Forman Information Services was the I.T. support and solutions arm of an accounting firm (Topel Forman) who need a new brand that would allow them to reach a new audience and grow the business.
After working with a business development agency and settling on the name Technology Loft, they asked me to help develop a brand identity that embodied their mission and vision for the company.
Through a branding exercise we discovered 3 core beliefs that differentiated Technology Loft from their competition and broke down the cultural stereotypes of I.T. support — it is hard to understand and I.T. personel can be temperamental or difficult to work with.
The 3 core beliefs are:
